ATN corporation, the US industry Leader in the Intelligent Sports and Profesional Optics with Headquarters in Miami, FL is currently looking for an enthusiastic Marketplace Account Specialist to join our international team.
The role offers a unique opportunity to support company expansion, lead growth initiatives and develop deep knowledge of e-commerce. In addition to this, you will be responsible for actions that help ensure that catalog information is complete, correct, consistent and sufficiently up-to-date to provide our customers with an excellent shopping experience.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and motivation to develop their career in e-commerce. The ideal candidate is sales-oriented, analytical, enthusiastic, motivated, detail-oriented, and has the ability to handle pressure and communicate at all levels of the organization.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and process sales
Monitor and analyze the performance of the catalog
Manage stock levels, ensuring product availability to meet customer demand
Create and support new product upload
Conduct regular analysis of portfolio profitability
Ensure adherence to a particular marketplace policies and best practices
Maintain positive account health, reviews, and feedback score
Contact Customer Sales Support of the particular marketplace (Amazon, eBay)
Obtaining needed information from other departments of the company
Requirements:
Advanced level Excel
English knowledge level Intermediate
Knowledge of other EU languages would be a plus
Understanding of the selling process
Willingness to develop original ideas, approaches and solutions for typical, unusual, or difficult situations
High motivation, personal initiative, willingness to learn and a strong practical attitude, as well as creativity, decision-making capacity and a results-oriented mentality
Experience working in an e-commerce or Marketplace would be a plus
