2+ years of experience in IT industry
Technical background or relevant occupation
Understanding of software development processes, programming languages&tools
Experience in using Project Management tools, Bug tracking systems, relevant methodologies
At least Upper-intermediate level of English
Excellent presentation, organization, time management, and cross-department communication skills
Strong negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities:
Development and management of project plans and roadmaps
Providing a status report regarding project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues
Internal communications with international offices
Managing project change requests and communicating impacts on stakeholders and development teams
Tracking and reporting of project progress against defined requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Scrum master activity in the projects (meetings, stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demo presentations, and retrospectives)
Organizing maintenance of the product
