Requirements:

Fluent English level is a MUST;
Basic knowledge of business correspondence;
Experience in communication with foreigners via phone will be a PLUS;
Basic knowledge of marketing tools such as: Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, etc will be a PLUS;
A desire to learn how to work with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay and Walmart;
Ability to work during US business hours: 12 pm — 8 pm or 2 pm — 10 pm (Ukr time), depends on business needs;
Working days: from Wednesday till Sunday.

Responsibilities:

Work with the accounting system and check orders;
Contact customers via phone or email to clarify the address or other information;
Work on marketing tasks for the website;
