MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
2+ years of experience in IT recruitment/sourcing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good knowledge of different recruitment tools
- Good understanding of the IT market is a must
- Know all possible ways and methods of sourcing and head hunting
- General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
- Excellent communicational skills
- Intermediate English
- Being a true team player
- Ability to work independently
DUTIES:
- Arrange recruitment process: sourcing and selection of candidates, interested candidates with our vacancies, conducting HR part of interview, maintaining DB of candidates
- Primary assessment of the resume and conducting telephone interviews with candidates
- Reporting on the candidate’s selection process
- Provide analytics and statistics on requests
- IT job market research
- Accompany the candidate at all stages of the selection process
- Generation of new ways and approaches in attracting the best market specialists
