MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment and 6 months in HR (compulsory), preferably in the IT sphere
REQUIREMENTS TO A CANDIDATE:
• Knowledge of different recruitment tools, CRM systems, sourcing instruments, networking
• Experience in onboarding, adaptation, retention, and other HR processes
• UGood understanding of the Ukrainian student IT market is a must
• Overall understanding of the major software development technologies
• Excellent communication skills, flexible approach to work
