Develop communication strategy for social media.
Create content plans regularly for Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Bitcointalk, etc. Track the quality of content and post it in social media.
Support and inspire communication with community members. Provide answers while following our guidelines and FAQ.
Resolve new questions not covered by the FAQ by getting information from project team members and clients.
Grow communities using free tools and paid promotions.
Provide feedback from each community to the Head of SMM and the project manager.
Analyze performance of activities and provide weekly reports.
