About us:

Ambisafe is a Blockchain software company. We work within some of the most advanced business industries, such as FinTech, Supply Chain, and IoT. We offer secure cryptocurrency wallets, smart contract expertise, multi-sig accounts, token issuance, ICOs platforms, and Blockchain registries. We even run our own Solidity school!

Requirements:

— Excellent communication skills
— Verbal and written English fluency. Additional languages are a plus.
— Experience with customers or technical support. If you’ve used ZenDesk or Intercom before, that is also a plus.
— The ability to recognize customer problems
— Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of people
— Passion for creating a positive user experience that is responsive and organized.
— Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse work environment, with great follow through on tasks.
— Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
— Strong understanding of Blockchain concepts and especially Ethereum basics (bonus).

Responsibilities:

— Work with CRM ticket system (Intercom). Answer emails, Telegram, and calls if needed. Average response time should be less than 30 minutes.
— Resolve product or service problems by clarifying each customer’s complaint. Determine the cause of the problem, explain the best solution, expedite corrections.
— Follow-up to ensure a positive resolution.
— Document all support issues and contribute to our knowledge base.
— Effectively mediate between our user operations, product, and engineering teams on product issues and bug resolutions.
— Monitor social media channels on Twitter, Reddit, and Facebook to ensure that users are receiving prompt, amazing customer service.
— Be a part of the KYC (know your customer) process by helping clients with verification issues.
— Bug reporting and feature requests delivery
— Analyze client queries in order to improve the UX functionality of our products.
— Support the on-boarding process for customers.
— Support community and marketing efforts in terms of customer care practices.
