Responsibilities
- You will work with a product team on the development of customizable and modular solutions for blockchain
- Developing new features based on technical and business requirements
- Writing unit tests and debugging
- Adding features to existing modules
- Developing new modules from scratch
- Maintaining code and infrastructure
Skills
- Experience using REST and SOAP-based APIs
- Web dev experience (Django or Symphony or any other web framework, Asyncio)
- Experience with Python: algorithm development, Python modules, classes, exception handling, Python Threading, Concurrency and associated limitations
- Experience with AWS, S3, DynamoDB, Redis, Cloudfront, Google Cloud platform, etc.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases principles and experience with Apache Cassandra
- Experience with message brokers such as SQLAlchemy, Docker, RabbitMQ, Redis, Pytest, Vagrant
- Experience with integrations and API tools (e.g. SOAP, REST, JSON, or AJAX)
- Unit test and debugging skills
- Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices
Extra Competencies
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Good understanding of blockchain concepts
- Understanding of the basics of cryptography
- You have a decent level of English. Otherwise, we’d make you learn it
- You won’t survive here if you don’t keep on learning something new
- You despise hierarchy but respect authority and experience
- You don’t fall into a stupor when you need to manage your tasks and priorities
