Amazing Apps is an IT product company. We create mobile applications in the Health & Fitness, Utilities & Education segments. Today we have 15+ products in our portfolio that are used by millions of people around the world.

We are currently looking for an experienced People Partner.

The main focus will be on People Management of Amazing Apps Administrative team (Administration & Facility, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition). The number of employees — 40-60.

Since we are a product company and create own products, the Administrative team plays an integral role in its development, supporting and assisting the product team at every stage. It is important to pay due attention to each employee in this team and create comfortable environment for their development.

Challenges you’ll meet:
• Onboarding of new specialists (office and remote)
• Holding reviews after the probation periods, involvement in the process of the regular performance reviews
• Regular monitoring of employee satisfaction and involvement, collecting feedback under semi-annual 360 assessment process, by request
• Retention
• Participating in dismissal processes, analytics and decision-making
• Documenting corporate culture issues into a knowledge database, and maintaining and updating it
• Involvement as an adviser in preparation of team-building events and other corporate activities
• Update and development of HR policies
• Development and implementation of basic educational training for employees

Your professional qualities:
• Truly understanding that HR is your passion
• Successful experience as an HR Manager/People Partner at least 3 years
• Experience with all main stages of the employee’s life cycle (onboarding & adaptation, performance reviews & 360 assessment, L&D, people management, conflict solving, engagement & retention, dismissal)
• At least Upper-intermediate level of English
• Advanced data analysis skills to define problems or substantiate your suggestions
• Ability to work in a changing environment, flexibility
