Challenges you’ll meet:

• Project and delivery management: release planning, quality control and deployment (Web platform)
• Team / People Management
• Setup new and optimization of existing project processes
• Manage effective communication with other departments
• Status reports of project objectives and provide feedback to stakeholders such as product managers
• Take part in road map planning, monitor its implementation and inform the team of results
• Manage project workspace in Asana
• “Always be hiring” approach in building your high-performing team


Your professional qualities:

• At least 3 years of extensive experience as an IT project manager
• Experience as Project Manager at all SDLC phases
• Understanding of technical aspects in Web products development
• Proven experience of integration Agile practices (any kind of certification will be a plus)
• Priority and risks management
• Good knowledge of and skills in facilitation, continual improvement, conflict resolution
• English level — Upper-Intermediate

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in a product-based company
• Experience in Health & Fitness domain
• Good knowledge in UX/UI (users research, wireframing, prototyping)
• Good analytical skills
• Experience working with Asana
• Technical background (QA or development experience)
