Product Support / Business Analyst (AIH) (вакансия неактивна)


Необходимые навыки

— 1+ years of experience in the role of business/functional/system analyst in tech company;
— Experience in technical and customer support;
— Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in the international environment;
— Experience in transition of business requirements into the specifications for the SCRUM team;
— Good experience in visual modelling (prototyping, UML, business processes, data flows);
— Understanding of SDLC and Agile principles;
— English — Upper-Intermediate.

Будет плюсом

— Degree in the Computer Science/Applied Systems Analysis/Cybernetics;
— Technical background in web development;
— Practical experience with APIs (SOAP XML, REST JSON/XML);
— Jira, Confluence, Modelling tools (e.g. Visio), API validation tools (SOAP UI, Postman);
— Familiarity with travel industry or booking services in travel agencies.

As Product Support:
— Work with SCRUM team and Product managers on continuous product improvements;
— Maintaining of issues/feedback raised by external stakeholders (clients, users, data providers, partners);
— Communication with external stakeholders via phone and email;
— Tracking of products failures using different monitoring tools, investigation of root causes.

As Business analyst:
— Requirements analysis (explore use cases, user stories, business processes);
— Creating functional specifications (incl. data mappings, UML diagrams);
— Setting tasks for SCRUM team;
— Dev & QA support;
— Conducting training sessions, knowledge sharing and demo;
— Preparing documentation (user guides, technical guides, release notes).

О проекте

Amadeus Insurance Hosting — web based application for distribution of the travel insurance policies via web services.

2 weeks sprints, planning twice a week, releases every 2 weeks;
Test — Staging — Production Environment;
Jira: planning, task distribution, reporting, product backlog;
3 level architecture: web layer, app layer, db layer;
QA: functional testing, load testing;
Deployment : DevOps, PCI DSS.
