— 5+ years’ experience as Project Manager or Delivery Manager in the scalable agile environment and have managed software development project from start to finish;
— Experience in web-development (e-commerce, customer extra-net, customer support portal or similar projects), familiar with Java, JavaScript, PHP languages, popular e-commerce systems, databases and frameworks;
— University degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience;
— Certificate of SCRUM Master, SCRUM Product Owner, SAFe or other Scaled Agile professional;
— English: Fluent;
— Soft skills: Decision Making, Organizational Awareness, Priority Setting, Communication Advanced, Diplomacy, Initiative, Persuasion, Synthetic Thinking.

— Forecast, validate and monitor the Tribe Budget. Be accountable for capability management (identifying and proposing resources dimension for the feature teams in the Tribe). Manage resource capacity planning;
— Manage the Tribe backlog partition between feature teams. Support the Tribe Scrum Master, the Tribe Product Owner and Teams in case of prioritization/scope conflicts. Be accountable for impediments removal at Tribe level;
— Be accountable for the Deployment of the code following the deployment and configuration management documentation;
— Be responsible for Defining the SLAs for the client facing environments (prod, UAT, Demo...);
— Be the entry point for Communications and relations with external stakeholders (Tribes...);
— Be responsible for Procurement;
— Promote and encourage Knowledge sharing within the Tribe.

You will be working as a Tribe Leader in a Kyiv R&D Hub, leading the multi-national team, defining and orchestrating the overall strategy of the Tribe and ensuring its sustainable pace and evolution. You will be responsible for the overall delivery roadmap for the Tribe.
