Product support / Business analyst (вакансия неактивна)


Необходимые навыки

— 1+ years of experience in the role of support/functional analyst;
— Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in the international environment;
— Experience in technical and customer support;
— Experience in transition of business requirements into the specifications for the SCRUM team;
— Understanding of SDLC and Agile principles;
— Jira, Confluence, Modelling tools (e.g. Visio);
— English — Upper-Intermediate.

Будет плюсом

— Practical experience in visual modelling (prototyping, UML, business processes, data flows, ERD, UI) will be an advantage;
— Practical experience with APIs (SOAP XML, REST JSON/XML) will be an advantage;
— API validation tools (SOAP UI, Postman) will be an advantage.

— Working with SCRUM team and Product managers on continuous product improvements;
— Maintaining of issues/feedback raised by external stakeholders (clients, users, data providers, partners);
— Communication with external stakeholders via phone and email;
— Validating of changes requested by external stakeholders;
— Tracking of products failures using different monitoring tools, looking for root causes;
— Requirements analysis (explore use cases, user stories, UI/UX, business processes);
— Creating functional specifications (incl. data mappings, UML diagrams, wireframes);
— Setting tasks for a SCRUM team;
— Dev & QA support;
— Conducting training sessions, knowledge sharing and demo;
— Preparing documentation (user guides, technical guides, release notes).

О проекте

The Amadeus Rail Platform provides real-time shopping, booking, ticketing and after sales services for the distribution of the major European Railways to the Amadeus online and offline travel agencies all around the world. We are currently focusing on developing new functionalities, mostly requested by big travel agencies and the French and Benelux market, in order to offer the most competitive range of products. The teams are split in different transversal scrums of 7 to 9 persons comprising Product Definition Analysts, BE Developers, FE Developers and QA.
