Specialized knowledge:
• Knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence)
• Knowledge of prototyping tools
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN notations
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile and/or RUP principles
• Knowledge of XML, Web Services, Soap/ Rest API

Experience:
• 3+ years in business analysis in tech company
• 1+ years in agile methodology

Skills & Abilities:
• Strong self-management skills, ability to handle multi-tasking activities
• Experience in business requirements elicitation and transition into the specifications for dev teams
• Experience in business processes optimization
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Advanced in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
• Modelling skills to represent requirements information in graphical form (UML/BPMN)
• Ability to modify approach as per changing stakeholders, conditions, circumstances and feedback
• Verbal and written English — Upper-Intermediate and higher

Обязанности

• Participation in product development process in accordance to SAFe methodology
Business requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation
• Coordination of business requirements validation and negotiation
• Presentation of the solutions, conduction of internal and external user trainings
• Knowledge Management artifacts maintenance (creation / update / archiving)
• Analysis of the competitive products on the market
• Provide IT consultancy related to the further product development
• Collaboration with the development team

О проекте

Our team
The Amadeus Rail Platform provides real-time shopping, booking, ticketing and after-sales services for the distribution of the major European Railways to the Amadeus online and offline travel agencies all around the world. The SGB-RAI-REE-RDE department handles the distribution business inside the rail division. Our current projects revolve today around SNCF, Swedish Rails and Benelux Rails. We are currently focusing on developing new functionalities, mostly requested by big travel agencies and the French and Benelux market, in order to offer the most competitive range of products. The teams are split in different transversal scrums of 7 to 9 persons comprising Product Definition Analysts, BE Developers, FE Developers and QA.
