Our AlvariumSoft team is looking for their Tech Leader 🐝. There are 6+ developers in the team. Outsourcing and out-staff development. Laravel, Vue, React technologies.

What do you need?
🍀2+ years of experience in Laravel development
🍀experience in Vue / React development
Willingness to work with the team and communicate with clients
🍀English level Intermediate +

What are the tasks?
🍀 monitoring of junior specialists, code review, participation in meetings of teams of various projects, distribution of resources and workload, estimation of tasks
🍀 participation in the writing of technical documentation, participation in sales, project evaluations, participation in setting up servers and environments
🍀Creating an architecture, creating additional task descriptions, solving blockers, writing complex components
