Are you our next Technical Delivery Manager?
We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager with the skills, drive, and experience to bring the delivery of our services to the next level. Your primary responsibility will be the successful delivery of all Alumio services to clients and partners, plus managing the development processes of our Connector Packages.
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for
- Manage the overall delivery process of sold services to clients and partners of Alumio (such as delivering Alumio environments, delivering Connector Packages, arranging Getting Started Sessions, VPN tunnel configurations, setting up of connections between the systems to be integrated, etc)
- Communicate with internal stakeholders involved in the delivery process (such as Sales Team, Customer success Team, Product Development Team, Customer Support team, Administrative Manager)
- Communicate directly with Clients and Partners involved in the delivery process
- Be responsible for the successful delivery of all Alumio services to clients within agreed timeframe and scope
- Manage Alumio Connector packages development by getting requests for Connector packages from Marketing and Sales team and creating and managing Jira Stories for the team of engineers
- Communicate with Clients and the vendors of the systems for getting test environments for creating and testing Connector Packages
- Manage the creation of Connector Package documentation
Requirements
- Experience within a similar role as Delivery Manager or Project Manager in the IT sector
- Mid-career with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Good understanding of the Scrum methodology
- Strong communication skills and analytical mindset
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Located in Poland
