We are looking for a Junior HR Specialist to expand our HR department. Alumio has strong ambitions for 2022, in which we want to grow our company with new talent! And with this growth, we need additional hands for Recruitment and Human Resources :-)
Alumio currently has around 45 employees — yet we’re looking to increase that to over 60 in 2022. Most Alumio colleagues work remotely from all over the world — but we also have offices within the Netherlands (Groningen), Ukraine (Kyiv) and Indonesia (Bandung). The main language in Alumio is English.
Alumio is a cloud-based, no-code iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) for digital commerce that helps you create integrations between two or more systems, swiftly and seamlessly. Providing an easy-to-use interface to create your integrations yourself, it also comes equipped with a robust monitoring and logging system that helps you detect and resolve integration errors. Centralizes your integrations and data on one platform, Alumio’s iPaaS helps eliminate data silos and accelerate process flows across systems for improved digital growth.
Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Publish job positions on internal and external job portals
- Collaborate with department heads to effectively write out new job descriptions
- Schedule introduction calls and interviews between candidates and department heads
- Pre-onboarding arrangements after new hires (confirm start date, collect personal info, job offers)
Human Resources
- Employee onboarding and offboarding arrangements
- Event management (BD, English classes, Outings), collaboration with Marketing Team
- Medical insurance administration
- PTO tracking
- Office procurement, purchasing devices (invoices/payments)
- PE accounting assistance (we have an outsource accountant)
- Updating of HR policies
- Work with employees’ inquiries
Requirements
- We are looking for someone who is available 5 days per week, 6 hours per day (30 hours). With the intention to grow to 40 hours per week as Alumio grows further
- Fluent/Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English as you’ll be communicating in English with all your colleagues
- Experience 1 to 2 years
- Plus: Bachelor/Master in an HR related study
- You will report to the Operations Manager
- Location: Kyiv (mandatory)
