We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our Product Development Team. Alumio has strong ambitions for 2022, in which we want to grow our company with new talent!

Within the Product Team you’re responsible for the continued development of the Alumio iPaaS. You’ll be working together with a group of backend and frontend developers, another experienced QA and a Product Owner.

Alumio has around 45 employees — but we’re looking to increase that to over 60 in 2022. Most Alumio colleagues work remotely from all over the world — but we also have offices within the Netherlands (Groningen), Ukraine (Kyiv) and Indonesia (Bandung). People are free to choose whichever option they prefer. The main language in Alumio is English.

Alumio is a cloud-based, no-code iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) for digital commerce that helps you create integrations between two or more systems, swiftly and seamlessly. Providing an easy-to-use interface to create your integrations yourself, it also comes equipped with a robust monitoring and logging system that helps you detect and resolve integration errors.   • Work closely with our Product Team to ensure we maintain high quality of the Alumio iPaaS
  • Manual testing of the delivered User Stories by the Development Team
  • Writing UI automation tests using Cypress
  • Analyse live user flows to be used as a base for your self-composed test plans
  • Be proactive and resourceful by not only finding bugs but preventing them
  • Keep engagement up with a high-speed development process and ongoing deliveries — executing and adjusting your test plans accordingly


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as Manual/Automation QA
  • Ability to learn quickly & dive deep into the business logic of the product
  • Web-related knowledge (API, HTTP, Browser debugging)
  • Usage of applications such as Postman and SoapUI as there will be a lot of API testing
  • Cross browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
  • Experience in working with Scrum teams
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English as you’ll be communicating in English with all your colleagues
