What you will do:
-Take responsibility for the entire product design
-Analyze project requirements
-Use UX design frameworks to define business goals, user’s needs, competitors’ traits, business areas, etc.
-Perform UX/UI Reviews and Audits
-Perform In-Depth Interviews
-Perform User Testing
-Build UX and UI for projects
-Produce necessary UX artifacts (personas, empathy maps, use cases, customer journey maps, etc.)
-Contribute to the team culture and design processes
-Be responsible for bringing a fresh set of eyes and innovative approach to the design process
-Work on internal Design Guidelines
-Gather the best design team on your project and be a great leader.

What you need for this role:
-Solid product design experience — both in mobile and web applications
-Strong digital work portfolio
-Experience with development and maintenance of complex products from idea to launch
-Skills in creating production-ready user interfaces from scratch based on brand and UX guidelines
-A design aesthetic that is fresh, modern, and bold
-Excellent knowledge of Figma / Sketch prototyping tools
-Understanding of human-centered design principles
-Upper-intermediate level of English or higher.

As a plus:
-Experience with fintech products
-Experience in graphic design/brand identity
-Experience with interactive prototyping and animation.
