Education:

— Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Job Related Experience:

— Minimum 6-year experience in Software Development, 3-year experience in leading a development team;
— Microsoft Azure;
— .NET 4 and higher;
— WEB API;
— WPF;
— Microservices (Azure Service Bus/RabbitMq + MassTransit) must have;
— CQRS, DDD;
— MS SQL;
— Angular 2 + TypeScript;
— Able to understand Java;
— Knowledge of Networking, understanding TCP/IP;
— Strong desire to provide multiple solutions and take responsibility for the one was chosen;
— OWIN/OAuth (IdentityServer).

— Lead and Provide strong oversight and ownership of development efforts;
— Be accountable for deliverables on complex solutions;
— In conjunction with Software Architects and Project Teams, provide a multidimensional product aggregating the variety of solutions;
— Design architecture and write the technical documents for the Project Teams to meet the short- and long-terms business requirements maximizing the Product’s value;
— Apply modern cutting-edge technical approaches to the system in order to optimize its work and sustainability;
— Manage and assess possible technical risks;
— Contribute to the Product Vision and strategy of its development;
— Demonstrate outstanding communication and collaboration skills in order to be effective in both business and technical areas.

About the Role: A Software Technical Leader plays a key role in transformation a product vision into a complex solution to increase the business value for users. This role assumes close cooperation with a customer and project teams in order to guarantee the high level of product’s quality and its efficient development.
