The project is an online platform in wealth management domain. This tool is used by Financial Advisors who create financial strategies for their clients and help to achieve client’s financial goals using buckets approach. Financial Advisors can keep their client’s information, create reports, set and maintain financial strategies and visualize financial plans for their clients. The platform is integrated with CRM system, contains logic for financial calculations, visualization tools and reports management including PDF reports generating.
The nearest plans for the system are to upgrade it with complex features to become a competitive solution on the market, enhance existing logic and reskin the whole system with modern design.


Required skills

  • Strong proficiency in business process modeling tools and techniques, such as BPMN, Story Map.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and document detailed business requirements, use cases, and user stories.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Experience in prioritizing features, user stories, and tasks based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, gather data, and propose solutions.
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops and meetings, eliciting input and feedback from diverse teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

  • Requirement Elicitation and Documentation: continuously gather and document requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Requirement Analysis and Prioritization: analyze gathered requirements, prioritize them based on business value, and ensure they align with project goals.
  • Collaboration with Development Teams: work closely with development teams to clarify requirements, provide context, and ensure a shared understanding.
  • Stakeholder Communication: maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback.
  • Facilitation of Workshops and Meetings: organize and facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather requirements, address issues, and foster collaboration.
  • Design and Solution Validation: collaborate with technical teams to validate that the proposed design and solution align with the requirements.
