From the moment I connected with the recruiter, I knew I was in for something special. They were the friendliest, most empathetic recruiter I had ever encountered. Their kindness made me feel seen and heard, something rare in the cut-throat world of job hunting.

During the interview, I was paired up with two team members who were beyond cool! I loved how collaborative the process was. This wasn’t your typical, stuffy interview, but rather an opportunity to showcase my problem-solving skills in a supportive environment. The interview was a success, and after a series of follow-up interviews, I was offered a position at the company.

My journey with the team began, and I can’t even begin to describe the feeling of working with experts who knew their stuff and were highly skilled. The project manager and every member of the team were outstanding. It was refreshing to be part of such a cohesive team, where communication was almost flawless, and everyone had each other’s backs.

Though I faced some challenges working with the legacy codebase, my teammates were always there to support me. It was my first time working with foreigners, but I never once felt alienated.

Even though my time with AltexSoft was brief, it was one of the best working experiences I have ever had. I can confidently say that they have everything you could ever want in a team. I’m excited about the prospect of working with them again in the future!
