Hello there.

Recently, I had the pleasure of interacting with AltexSoft during their interview process, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. As a .NET programmer from Georgia, I was initially contacted by Maria, a Talent Acquisition Specialist at AltexSoft. She facilitated the entire process, guiding me through the interview and technical assessments with ease.

The format of the interviews was refreshing and engaging, particularly the 2-hour technical interview, which flew by in no time. What sets AltexSoft apart from other companies is their commitment to providing valuable feedback after each assessment. They highlighted my strengths and areas where I could improve, demonstrating a genuine interest in my growth and success.

Unfortunately, due to timing constraints, I had to take on another project before I could join AltexSoft. However, when I became available again, Maria promptly scheduled another technical interview with a different lead, once again followed by insightful feedback.

Throughout my interactions with AltexSoft, it was evident that they have an exceptional team of professionals who are passionate about their work. Maria is a valuable employee, and the technical experts I met were all top-notch, showcasing the high standards that AltexSoft upholds.

Although we have not yet collaborated, I am confident that our paths will cross again in the future. I eagerly await the opportunity to work with AltexSoft’s team and contribute to the success of their projects.
