About the Role
Reporting to our CEO, you will take responsibility for the well-being of the Altamira team. You will be leading the HR department and driving people management strategies. This includes coaching, mentoring, and supporting staff members to identify their individual strengths and development needs. You will also ensure that the human resources programs and initiatives are implemented effectively and efficiently.
You will have the opportunity to build HR organization, and processes and implement key practices to provide long-term, exciting development opportunities for our talented engineers. We pride ourselves on our desire to provide opportunities for our engineers to embrace continual learning and move between customer scenarios and tech stacks.
This is the ideal role for someone with at least 5 years experience of working in HR and 3 years of experience in a managerial role who is seeking to develop their career in broader business management and be a considerable contributor to the direction of the company.
