We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join the international Altamira team to fill different senior, lead and managerial level positions. We expect you to be the skillful, hardworking person who adores communication with new people and likes to meet new challenges.

To the best of your advantage, you should possess the following experience:

  • 3+ years of proven IT recruitment experience
  • At least 2+ years of experience of filling senior, lead and Solution Architecture/Management positions would be a plus
  • Understanding the European Candidate Market
  • Systematic approach to work
  • Ability to work according to the KPI model
  • Experience with ATS (we use еру GreenHouse)
  • Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruitment process, recruitment techniques
  • Experience in working with Stakeholders of various levels, ability to manage and facilitate the recruiting process
  • Knowledge of different recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Native or Advanced Slovak Language knowledge- is a must
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
  • Readiness to follow our basic principles in work: flexibility, transparency, trust, result


  • Work closely with Hiring Managers, stakeholders, and Lead Engineers to understand overall needs and open position requirements
  • Create and maintain the pipeline of qualified candidates through continuous sourcing and communication with the leadsSupport with the improvement of the job requirements
  • Perform candidates sourcing, interviewing and CV pre-screening
  • Conduct HR and pre-screening interviews
  • Perform reference check
  • Work with an applicant tracking system
  • Provide reports to the Recruitment Manager
  • Mentorship of junior colleagues (if needed)
  • Monitoring and analysis of the IT market
