Marketing Director is a role within an organisational structure reporting to Client Success Chief. It’s a management and a strategic role that leads the Marketing Team and closely collaborates with the Sales & Client Success Teams. Marketing Director is a position leading:
- Marketing Strategy
- Client Chasing Marketing Strategy
- Account Based Marketing
- Digital Marketing
- Brand Marketing
With the main responsibilities around the next categories (not limited)
- Definition of the Marketing Strategy in the company in collaboration with other departments:
- Value proposition
- Client personas
- Locations
- Content strategy
- Brand strategy, etc
- Cooperation with Delivery and related departments to develop Marketing campaigns and supporting activities on new product and services offerings
- Set marketing goals and objectives to drive the revenue growth and positioning of the company
- Determine & track team KPIs on regular basis
- Form & manage the marketing budget
- Executing the company OKRs as well as downgrading them to the team OKRs
- Break down the marketing strategy into the action based annual/ quarterly /monthly marketing plan
- Marketing channels
- Marketing campaigns
- Reporting. Organise a sustainable system of reports, which consolidate data from various sources and enables data-driven decision making based on precise evaluation of effectivity of the respective channels.
- Brand promotion plans
- Constant portfolio and marketing materials update control
- Work with the client on marketing materials

- Number of MQL leads
- Number of SQL leads
- Avg deal budget
- NPS of clients
- eNPS of the Marketing team
Requirements and qualifications:
- at least 5years of experience in Marketing
- experience in the definition of marketing strategy
- strong management skills
- experience in Account Based Marketing
- preferably also strong knowledge of Tech & IT industry
- Experience in defining and executing marketing strategy, Leading marketing initiatives, Achieving marketing targets
- Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
