Marketing Director is a role within an organisational structure reporting to Client Success Chief. It’s a management and a strategic role that leads the Marketing Team and closely collaborates with the Sales & Client Success Teams. Marketing Director is a position leading:

  • Marketing Strategy
  • Client Chasing Marketing Strategy
  • Account Based Marketing
  • Digital Marketing
  • Brand Marketing

With the main responsibilities around the next categories (not limited)

  • Definition of the Marketing Strategy in the company in collaboration with other departments:
    • Value proposition
    • Client personas
    • Locations
    • Content strategy
    • Brand strategy, etc
    • Cooperation with Delivery and related departments to develop Marketing campaigns and supporting activities on new product and services offerings
  • Set marketing goals and objectives to drive the revenue growth and positioning of the company
    • Determine & track team KPIs on regular basis
    • Form & manage the marketing budget
  • Executing the company OKRs as well as downgrading them to the team OKRs
  • Break down the marketing strategy into the action based annual/ quarterly /monthly marketing plan
    • Marketing channels
    • Marketing campaigns
  • Reporting. Organise a sustainable system of reports, which consolidate data from various sources and enables data-driven decision making based on precise evaluation of effectivity of the respective channels.
  • Brand promotion plans
    • Constant portfolio and marketing materials update control
    • Work with the client on marketing materials
    • etc.

Main KPIs:

  • Number of MQL leads
  • Number of SQL leads
  • Avg deal budget
  • NPS of clients
  • eNPS of the Marketing team

Requirements and qualifications:

  • at least 5years of experience in Marketing
  • experience in the definition of marketing strategy
  • strong management skills
  • experience in Account Based Marketing
  • preferably also strong knowledge of Tech & IT industry
  • Experience in defining and executing marketing strategy, Leading marketing initiatives, Achieving marketing targets
  • Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
