We are looking for an experienced and systemic Project Manager to join our team on and contribute to this journey. We seek energetic, responsible, aware of the latest tech trends professionals. We offer a full-time contract with the ability to work remotely or at our new office workspace located in Bratislava (Slovakia).

You will be able to join our team despite the location and time zone as we also provide flexible working hours where you can balance your time.

You are the best candidate if You:

— Have 5+ years of experienced in managing projects of different complexity, size and business domain;

— Managed medium projects (10+ team members) or several smaller projects simultaneously

— Skilled and willing to work within distributed/remote teams;

— Experienced and knowing how to build and maintain trustful partnerships with clients;

— Are focused on client business success while maintaining high operational efficacy of your team;

— Are skilled in Agile Scrum (3+ years);

— Have a hds-on attitude: willingness and skilled to drive the projects to success in a challenging and ever-evolving business environment

— Experienced in setting up, enhancing and facilitating project processes, approaches, tools, and methods for effective and efficient performance;

— Proficient in people development, ensuring team members have appropriate qualifications and knowledge to meet project objectives;

— Have experience in managing and planning budgets, maintaining target profitability for the project and/or portfolio;

— Skilled in conflict mitigation and resolution;

— Skilled in Communications & Relationship set up and management;

— Understanding client business needs and able to deliver the meaning to project team;

— Skilled in Risk Management;

— Understanding very well Quality Management;

— Focused on personal development and growth;

— Willing and eager to learn;

— Showing strong self-organizing abilities;

— Demonstrating at least upper-Intermediate English;

— Have technical background and education;

Nice to have:

— Experience in fixed-price/fixed-budget projects will be a big plus;

— Program Management experience will be a plus;

— Diverse working experience (start-ups, corporate/enterprise clients), major outsourcing companies will be a plus;

— Business development, pre-sale and sale support will be a plus;

— Mentoring other PMs/engineers will be a plus.

You are eager to:

— Work directly with leadership up to C-level (driving company initiatives, business development opportunities, growing own portfolio, supporting pre-sales, PoCs and new business offering creation);
