We’re looking for

We are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager or Delivery Manager who thrives on managing projects and establishing propper delivery practices to join our growth journey. Transforming the way we deliver will be a continuous part of our story, whether we are scaling up a new proposition in the market or integrating a recently acquired company. Reporting directly to the Chief Services Delivery Officer, your first assignment will be to bring the proper delivery and engineering practices to support the growth and extension of existing and new clients. The key focus of this role will be work on pre-sales, business development with new and existing accounts, relations extension, and guaranteeing projects delivery. We are looking for a data-driven person familiar with the project metrics, solid engineering practices, and agile delivery approaches.

You are

  • Experience in taking extreme ownership of all aspects of the project, such as budget, scope, schedule, and quality
  • Understanding of how a software development company works and what business models it has
  • At least ten years of proven experience in management
  • Experience in growing leaders
  • Experience in managing Project Managers as subordinates
  • “Smooth operator” in project metrics
  • Excellent in understanding CI/CD concepts
  • Experience in working on pre-sales, preparing offers and proposals for the client
  • Financial acumen
  • Familiar with fixed-price and dedicated team pricing models
  • Proven track record on distributed team management, building and growing distributed teams
  • Proven track record on account development and business extension
  • Experience in scaling product teams and growing projects
  • Knowledge of traditional and Agile project management methodologies
  • Experience of growth together with start-up products
  • Experience in maintaining and extending products in production
  • Experience with infrastructure, data, or AI projects is considered a plus
  • Excellent understanding of engineering practices
  • Knowledge of the quality practices and different testing types
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • Experienced in different estimation technics (Agile estimation, Analogy, Parametric, PERT)
  • Basic understanding of product lifecycle and product management practices
  • Good understanding of PMBOK standards in application to the software development industry
  • PMP Certification is considered as a plus
