We’re looking for
an experienced IT Recruiter to join the international Altamira.ai team to fill different senior, lead, and managerial level positions. We expect you to be a skillful, hardworking person who adores communication with new people and likes to meet new challenges.
The responsibilities are:
— Work closely with Hiring Managers, stakeholders and Lead Engineers to understand overall needs and open position requirements
— Create and maintain the pipeline of qualified candidates through continuous sourcing and communication with the leads
— Support with improvement of the job requirements
— Perform candidates sourcing, interviewing and CV pre-screening
— Conduct HR and pre-screening interviews
— Perform reference check
— Work with applicant tracking system
— Provide reports to Recruitment Manager
— Mentorship of junior colleagues (if needed)
— Monitoring and analysis of the IT market
— 3+ years of proven IT recruitment experience
— Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruitment process, recruitment techniques
— Desirable to have experience of filling senior, lead and Solution Architecture/Management positions
— Knowledge of different recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices
— Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Upper-intermediate level of English
