  • Learn our products and processes around the customer support tasks.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional team members (Developers, Implementation Specialists, Customer Success Managers, etc.) to enhance our product and services
  • Regularly performs triage and can quickly troubleshoot and resolve surface-level problems for clients.

  • English — intermediate

Would be a plus

  • SQL Server T-SQL skills and database administration experience, including understanding of Join types, Sub Queries, Functions, Stored Procedures, Optimization, and other advanced SQL concepts
  • Experience with XML/XPath/XSLT technologies
  • Experience with Microsoft stack of technologies


A CS degree (or similar) from a 4-year university preferred

  • The best candidates will get a job offer from Allvue company with $500 per month payment.
  • Internship Program takes 3 months.

Internship Program starts on the 1st of March 2022.

We would like to offer you an internship on real products. You are going to be a part of a team of experienced Support Engineers (from Juniors to Seniors), get tasks and a mentor.
