We are looking for a AI/ML Lead Engineer.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in AI/ML.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, LangChain).
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, and Delta Lake for big data processing.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake).
• Experience with data integration tools (Airbyte) and data transformation tools (dbt).
  Practical understanding and application of MLOps principles for model deployment and management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor AI/ML teams, manage projects, and allocate resources effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI models to enhance ERP system functionality, focusing on personalization, fraud detection, and NLP-based features.
• Provide technical leadership in the development and integration of AI-powered components within the ERP platform.
• Apply MLOps principles to ensure reliable deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization of AI models.
• Utilize data integration tools like Airbyte and data transformation tools like dbt to ensure clean, well-structured data for AI model training and inference.
• Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to align AI solutions with business goals.
• Ensure effective data storage and access using SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake.
• Provide insights using data visualization tools like Tableau, delivering clear and actionable recommendations.
• Identify and resolve complex data challenges, optimizing AI performance within the ERP system.
• Stay updated on the latest AI/ML research and apply innovative approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
