3+ years work experience in a project management, including all aspects of process development and execution;
Hands-on experience working as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master or Product Owner in an agile environment;
Proven experience in process development and process workflow
A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software environment;
Team management experience;
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
Problem solving attitude;
Intermediate English

Involvement in clients’ teams startup (from recruitment and forming teams to process establishment and stabilization) to build an effective team and development performance
Evangelization and injection of development best practices (tools, processes, people management), knowledge sharing with teams and clients
Establishing, training, maintaining and improving Agile processes & practices
Facilitation of team’s retrospectives, workshops etc
Estimate and plan projects from start to finish together with a team
Ensure projects meet quality standards;
Report project progress/status on a regular basis to internal management, perform other duties as
On demand consulting/coaching/training for, team leads and scrum masters in various teams
Manage risks, anticipate problems before they arise, and work with appropriate personnel to develop solutions
