· Bsc/BA in Computer Science or related degree

· At least 2 years leading software development teams, growing and mentoring engineers

· Experience with Scrum methodology — an advantage

· At least 3 years of hands on experience developing C# server side code

· At least 1 year of experience with enterprise scale cloud development

· Experience with Big Data / Scale / Performance — an advantage

· Good interpersonal skills

· Good grasp on SOLID development principles and experience with automatic testing methodologies

We are looking for a talented and experienced Team Leader to lead the development team in charge of moving Varonis’ product to the cloud.

This team is in charge of writing infrastructure services required for integration and security of our flagship cyber security product in the cloud, and also extending existing components to fit with cloud architecture.

This position includes leading projects and processes in the company and taking responsibility for the team’s deliverables, schedule and quality.

You will work with product owners, quality experts and other development teams to deliver a great product and guide them in transitioning their own products to the cloud.
