AllSTARSIT is an international Software R&D, Technical Support, and Talent Acquisition service provider established in 2004. The company specializes in software development services for clients across industries and operates development hubs across the whole CEE Region (Poland, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Romania, and Bulgaria), Israel, Dubai and LATAM region.

We are seeking a Business Development Lead to run our sales team for one of the markets: US (East Coast), Europe (Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Finaland, Denmark, Switzerland), Israel or GCC and drive the growth of our IT staffing business.

‍The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that will increase revenue band expand our customer base.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for IT staffing services in the local market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of IT staffing services.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and improve sales performance.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and provide regular updates to management.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets to help plan future business development activities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and support.


Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
  • Knowledge of the US, Europe (Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Finaland, Denmark, Switzerland), GCC or Israel market’s business culture and regulations
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced level of communication in English.
