Requirements:
— Must have at least 1.5 year of B2B sales experience (in roles such as lead generation manager or SDR);
— Proficient in sales funnel stages and core principles of B2B cold sales;
— Ability to identify clients’ pain points and develop effective solutions;
— Skilled in handling objections;
— Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities
— Experience working with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, automation tools (such as LinkedHelper), and SRM (HubSpot) is a must;
— Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
— Develop hypotheses and strategies for cold outreach campaigns;
— Manage LinkedIn accounts and increase SSI;
— Create message sequences for cold outreach through automation;
— Perform manual custom outreach;
— Follow up and communicate with prospects;
— Develop task specifications for the Researcher.
