AllSTARSIT is looking for Lead Generation Manager to join our Marketing Department.
Requirements:
— 1+ year of B2B sales experience (lead generation manager, SDR) is a must-have ;
— Solid understanding of sales funnel stages and the core principles of B2B cold sales;
— Ability to identify clients’ pain points and come up with proper solutions;
— Competent work with objections;
— Self-organization and excellent communication skills;
— Experience working with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, automation tools (LinkedHelper, etc.), and SRM (HubSpot) is a must;
— Written and spoken English level Upper-intermediate and above.
Responsibilities:
— Forming strategies/hypotheses for cold outreach campaigns;
— Working with LN accounts (increasing SSI);
— Creating message sequences for cold outreach through automation;
— Manual custom outreach;
— Follow-ups and communication with prospects;
— Formulating tasks with specifications for the Researcher.
