Requirements:

• Managing people partner team;
• Communication with clients on a daily basis;
• Conducting HR audit, forming a Roadmap with clear deadlines
• Creating and implementing KPI`s and Performance review`s process
• Coordinating HR services between different departments (Operations, Recruting, Legal)
• Creating and implementing company HR policies and procedures;
• Build and update training materials and how-to user guides
• Coaching & training managers on how to develop team`s
• Providing templates for reports, dashboardes
• Providing analytics, metrics
• Risk assessment and retention activities
• Constant analysis of the market and strategies of competitors for the implementation of best practices in our company

Previous Experience:

• 2+ years of experience working in HR roles
• Experience to build dashboards, data-analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Service and delivery approach
• Advanced English level
• Advanced Polish level
