Allset is looking for a Product Manager to work closely with our dev team and coordinate the planning and execution.
— Ownership of an up-to-date, clear & prioritized list of tasks for responsible platforms and track implementation of them;
— Discover product usage, design experiments;
— Track and analyze product & growth metrics;
— Conduct customer interviews & surveys;
— Conduct competitor research, identify market trends;
— Review implemented tasks by the Engineering team.
Required Experience & Skills
— 3+ years of relevant experience in product management;
— 5+ years of experience in the IT industry;
— Experience in writing detailed product specifications;
— Measurement product success based on data;
— Experience in data-driven go-to-market strategies for products or feature releases;
— Background in market research and data analysis;
— Hands-on data-driven decisions (including A/B testing, Competitor Analysis, Defining Metrics);
— Practical experience with JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, Firebase, Hotjar, etc.;
— Understanding of Product Owner role in Agile projects.
