Allset (www.allsetnow.com) is the leading platform for restaurant reservations & preordering available at 2,000+ restaurants in 12 major cities across the US. The company is headquartered in San Francisco and was founded by a team of technology experts and forward thinkers with a focus on improving the restaurant dining experience. Currently available in NYC, LA, SF, Chicago, Houston, Boston, Seattle, Austin, San Jose, Las Vegas, and coming to more cities soon.

Qualifications:
— 1+ years of sales experience
— Possess strong negotiation skills and can effectively advance leads through the sales cycle
— Fluency in English is a must
— Skilled in managing and maintaining customer relationships
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills
— Highly motivated and self-driven
— Team player with a strong sense of ownership and “get things done” attitude
— Bonus: sales experience in a technology-oriented field

Work schedule: Monday — Friday, from 2 PM or 3 PM to 12 PM (Saturday&Sunday off days)

Responsibilities:
— Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to prospective customers
— Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
— Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
— Reach out to customer leads through cold calls/emails
— Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
— Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
— Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
— Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
— Continuously improve through feedback

Nice to have:
— Experience in making cold calls
— Experience working with CRM (Pipedrive)
— Traveled to the US
— Sales in the Restaurant Industry
