Allset is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team helping to drive customer happiness across channels. We’re looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals who want to learn and grow with the company.
The ultimate goal of this position is to provide support via email and phone to restaurants and users. Plus, the position oversees daily operations including content management responsibilities. Must have very strong English written and verbal skills. Floating work schedule (shifts between 5 pm and 6am)

Qualifications:
— Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
— Proven customer support experience
— Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
— Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (preferably Intercom)
— Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
— Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
— Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
— Willingness to take flexible shifts

— Manage amounts of incoming calls
— Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
— Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
— Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
— Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
— Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
