Allset is looking for a Senior Product Designer. As a Product Designer you’ll solve complex problems across the Allset marketplace products (consumer, Allset for Restaurants, Allset for Business, internal). You’ll work closely with the founders, product managers, and engineers in crafting the future of the company. Specifically, as one of our key Product Designers, you’ll play a major role in building the Allset Product Design as well as the foundation for how our customers and partners use our services. You’ll feel your impact on 4,500+ restaurant partners and a large active user base. The ideal candidate has significant experience designing complex end-to-end flows within native apps and web experiences for desktop and mobile. This person must be able to understand the underlying business objectives, and positively respond to the feedback. Our team members enjoy the demands of a fast-growth startup. What You’ll Do

• Design for Allset’s products (Consumer, Allset for Restaurants, Allset for Business, Internal) within native apps and web experiences for desktop and mobile;
• Address both product and business goals through user-centric design solutions;
• Measure and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback;
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and other stakeholders to design the user experience of a product from conception until launch as well as additional ongoing iterations;
• Identify future opportunities, working as a key thought partner to your counterparts in product and engineering;
• Actively help shape Allset’s product design language and methodology.

What You’ll Need

• 4+ years of product design experience;
• A portfolio showing your high-quality UX/UI work;
• Experience building products for iOS, Android, and web;
• Knowledge of interaction patterns;
• Familiarity with Human Design Guidelines;
• Experience working with qualitative and quantitative data that helps ground your decisions;
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and levels;
• Experience working closely with software engineers and a basic understanding of how things are built;
• Experience working in a product company;
• Ability to articulate ideas and present work.

Nice to Haves

• Animation skills;
• Experience with design systems;
• Front-end skills;
• Principle/Origami/Framer — prototyping.
