Allset is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team helping to drive customer happiness and satisfaction.
We’re looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals who want to learn and grow with the company. The ultimate goal of this position is to provide support via email and phone to our app users.
What You’ll Do
• Operate by using multiple channels like: phone calls, emails, live chat;
• Manage amounts of incoming calls;
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with our customers;
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions;
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
• Connect with our restaurant partners on various occasions, including customer complaints.
What You’ll Need
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English;
• Proven customer support experience;
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (preferably Intercom);
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
• Stress-resistance, flexibility.
Nice to Haves
• Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
Work Schedule
Five shifts per week — from 4 PM to 12 AM.
