We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to help build our US and Kyiv team. You will join our team at an important point in the continued evolution of Allset to help build a world-class product company.
You’ll have high impact and wide-ranging responsibility: owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, leading first-in-kind searches, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. — Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Sales and Support teams across the USA and Ukraine for attracting top talents.
— Develop an understanding of Allset’s product, technology, market position, and employee value proposition to successfully identify, engage and close the talent.
— Conducting interviews, and moderating post-interview debrief candidates, demonstrating an ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
— Identify, explore, and execute best practices for sourcing and screening candidates.
— Qualify candidates for abilities and alignment with Allset’s missions and core values.
— Create and own a positive candidate experience by developing and maintaining strong relationships with regular touchpoints and diligent follow-through.
— Showcase your passion for the industry. That means intimate knowledge about competitors, target companies, and their relationships.
— Collaborating and/or leading recruiting projects/initiatives including assessment of best practices.
