We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Growth Marketing Manager to help develop a global marketing strategy and lead our user acquisition and engagement initiatives with a focus on email, push, in-app, paid marketing, local PR, SMM, holidays and events. In this role, you’ll be working closely with our Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to leverage our product for growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong marketing, analytical, and product background with a hunger to make products grow.

Responsibilities
— Create various types of content to engage the audience within all social media platforms.
— Social Media Monitoring: listen to what our audience has to say about us, our competitors, and the market in general.
— Identify key social media influencers, bloggers or forums, according to our marketing objectives, with whom Allset should build ongoing partnerships and engagement.
— Plan and implement Event and Holidays Calendar to engage with users.
— Develop strategy and drive execution of campaigns and automation for users through onboarding, engagement, referral, and re-engagement programs.
— Create and execute campaigns across all digital tools (email, in-app, mobile, and SMS messaging) that engage users with our products and drive measurable business impact.
— Optimize existing marketing campaigns and create new campaigns using A/B tests on subject lines, content, audience segmentation, etc.
— Support the launch of product features and market expansions with engagement campaigns to new and existing users.
— Analyze and monitor the impact of programs, using insights to constantly improve.
— Identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase conversions through various channels (email, push, in-app messages, etc.).
— Run and control reports on the various lifecycle marketing initiatives.
— Brief, review, and manage a content strategy to ensure it stays on brand, delights customers, and contributes positively to our goals.

Requirements
— 3+ years of experience in marketing, product, or growth.
— Hands-on experience in SMM and cross-channel CRM marketing (email, mobile, in-product).
— Experience using engagement platforms.
— Analytical thinker with experience in tools like Chartio, Google Analytics.
— Experience developing and executing A/B tests and translating the results into valuable business insights.
— Outcome driven and comfortable developing long term goals to track and improve performance.
— Out-of-the-box thinking, customer orientation, and ability to create compelling messages that lead to high-converting messages.
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
— Experience with the marketplace in food space would be an advantage
