Recruitment Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

Allset is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibilities are to seek talented individuals and get them in our doors for an interview and employment with our company, manage the administrative processes, and maintain a comfortable work environment. This is a full-time position at the Kyiv office.

Requirements
— 2 years of prior experience recruiting talent.
— Fluency in English.
— Strong candidate sourcing skills with the ability to dive deep into hard-to-fill positions.
— Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems.
— Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, while remaining composed, thorough and detail orientated.
— The ability to work independently organizes work and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
— Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and have effective cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
— Sourcing, interviewing and managing relationships through to offer negotiation and onboarding of new hires.
— Identifying creative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect with and recruit top talent.
— Partnering with hiring managers to identify and define specific recruiting needs.
— Establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships, ensuring a strong network within the product and tech community, creating an on-going pipeline of talent.
— Ability to support recruiting for multiple locations as needed.
