Teacher operations methodologist

All Right is a leading online education company specializing in teaching English to students from Ukraine or European countries aged 3 to 15.

We are proud to base our material around the Cambridge Starters, Movers, and Flyers curriculum while offering specialized courses in areas of interest to our students, such as Minecraft. Our classes are conducted on our own exclusive teaching platform, where students can take private 25-minute lessons or participate in a speaking club on topics of their choice.

We are looking for a Teacher operations methodologist to join our splendid team!

Key Responsibilities

• To assess lessons, and provide written feedback to teachers.
• To deal with teachers based on the parents’ complaints.
• To hold webinars or/and training for teachers.
• To manage and assess Speaking clubs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, C1-C2 level.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian or/and Russian language is required.
• A stable Internet connection and electricity.
• Strong reading and writing skills: the ability to figure out the main idea of a request, provide prompt answers, and politely overcome objections.
• Knowledge of basic ESL methodology.
• Experience as a children’s English teacher.
• Proficient Internet user, ability to work with Google Sheets, Documents, and Presentations.
• Critical thinking, responsibility, stress management, and willingness to acquire new skills.
• Experience as a teacher trainer would also be a great bonus.
