Allan Lloyds Group is a leading business conference organiser in Europe. We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Conference Organiser who has a good command of English, strong communication skills, and excellent organisational abilities.

The position of International Conference Organiser is available only in Ukraine, and we don’t offer remote options.

The Allan Lloyds branch in Uzhhorod has been successfully operating for 10 years, and we offer an exciting and dynamic position with the opportunity to attend and coordinate our conferences in various European cities, including Vienna, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Madrid, Berlin, and Dubai.

This Position Is Ideal for You If You:

  • Have an Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English
  • Possess strong organisational skills and are eager to learn new things
  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Are ambitious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a multitasking environment
  • Are interested in event coordination and ready to travel (on average 4–6 business trips per year)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and plan the agenda for international conferences within set deadlines
  • Communicate with industry leaders and representatives of leading European companies
  • Recruit speakers and experts, coordinating all details of their participation (presentation duration, chosen topics, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to effectively promote the conferences in the media
  • Attend and coordinate all on-site processes during the conferences
