We created Alcor OS — a platform designed to solve key operational challenges for IT businesses. Built to Silicon Valley standards and already proven at scale, it brings together the core infrastructure needed to launch and manage international R&D teams in one place.
As the platform continues to grow, we are looking for a Product Manager who is ready to take ownership. This role offers genuine strategic authority: you will shape the product roadmap, drive key decisions, and have a direct path to the Head of Product.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements & Task Definition: Translates business requirements, based on input from the Product Owner and stakeholders, into clear technical specifications and actionable tasks, including detailed descriptions and acceptance criteria.
- Documentation: Creates and maintains product documentation in Confluence, including requirements, updates, and release notes.
- Release Support & Roadmap Alignment: Collaborates with the Product Owner and development team on release planning, defines release scope based on priorities, dependencies, and customer needs, and keeps the roadmap up to date.
- Team Collaboration: Works closely with the Product Owner and development team to clarify requirements, address questions, and facilitate communication to ensure effective delivery.
- Market & Domain Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes related to EOR services.
- Product Insights & Metrics: Tracks product usage, customer feedback, and key metrics to support ongoing improvements and prioritization.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Product Management, with experience in developing and scaling digital products/platforms.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Requirements gathering: Ability to gather requirements, manage expectations, and engage with the Product Owner, internal stakeholders, and customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product features.
- Self-driven, with proven ability to push new initiatives and manage ongoing projects.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on user experience and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- English: At least upper-intermediate level.
- Agile / SCRUM experience: Working within SCRUM practices, including participation in roadmap reviews, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Tools: Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Amplitude (or similar analytics tools).
