ALCOR is a growing tech company that offers an all-in-one-place solution for tech product companies to build their software R&D centers from 0 to 100 developers in LATAM and Eastern Europe.
Our clients: People ai, Grammarly, BigCommerce, Ledger, Sift, and many others.
We are looking for an Account Manager (payroll-based) to become a trusted partner for Alcor customers by representing their interests and providing high-level EoR services.
🔹What tasks await you:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting trusted relationships with US and European portfolio of clients.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for all customer matters representing their interests and ensuring WOW service provision, including signing Agreements and discussing terms of cooperation, legal onboarding/ offboarding of contractors and employees, payroll administering, coordinating hardware purchase and delivery process, office/ coworking rental, medical insurance provision, preparing financial reports & budgets, IT market overview.
- Coordinating cross-department cooperation for solving client requests.
- Participation in internal company activities (preparing pre-sale materials, budgets, presentations, letters, cooperation with 3rd party providers, etc.)
🔹Our ideal candidate:
- Has 1+ years of experience (will be a plus in positions such as Client Manager, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Project Manager, or others related to cooperation with clients).
- Customer-oriented. Able to identify and effectively meet customer needs, exceed customer expectations, and provide WOW service.
- Strong intermediate level of written and spoken English.
- Analytical mind and experience in making calculations and data analytics in Excel.
- Quick learner. There will be a lot of new information and non-regular requests to work with.
- Result-oriented and striving for ongoing professional growth.
