ALCOR is a growing tech company that offers an all-in-one solution for tech product companies to build their R&D centers from 0 to 100 developers in LATAM and Eastern Europe.
Our clients: People ai, Grammarly, BigCommerce, Ledger, Sift, and others.

We are seeking a skilled and driven lawyer to join our dynamic team, where you’ll tackle exciting legal challenges and work across diverse areas of law.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a master’s degree (specialist) in law.
• Has at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of Ukrainian commercial, tax, corporate, labor, intellectual property law, and GDPR.
• Has experience in drafting legal advice and contracts.
• English — not lower than Upper Intermediate (oral and written). Ukrainian — fluent.
• Attentive to detail, has critical and structured thinking.
• A team player.

What tasks await you:

• Legal support R&D centers of IT product companies.
• Draft and review a wide range of contracts, including IT services agreements, IP assignments, and NDAs.
• Shape policies and other important documents that will greatly impact Alcor’s legal entities.
• Research of legislation, legal & court practice of Ukraine, EU states, and the US.
• Communicate and negotiate with both local and international counterparties.
